An outstanding CAC approved better date proof-like specimen in an issue that gets very tough……and very expensive……in 64 PL and up. We love this coin as a PQ 63 but have certainly seen far more beat up and less appealing specimens in 64 PL holders (though certainly not with CAC approval).
